Returns and refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged, faulty or with items missing. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
